The DIS is a Dacian intelligence/special forces unit that operates out of Dace. They specialize in covert operations and sabotage. Very little is known about them except that they are somewhat loyal to Zaza Racoco and that each agent has a number and an animal-themed callsign to identify them by. DIS agents' numbers are changed as their predecessors die, but the numerical system is not a strict hierarchy. That said, agents are never increased in number, they only move "down" towards #1, who is presumably the most senior agent in the organization.
